Job summary

Rula Health is building a nationwide network of licensed clinicians to deliver compassionate behavioral health care. Therapists enjoy true schedule autonomy and a supportive team focused on helping clients heal and thrive.

We handle credentialing, billing, claims, EHR, and tech support so you can devote time to clinical work. Telehealth and in-person sessions are supported, with office space arranged by providers if in-person care is offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed mental health clinician (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or LCP) required.
• Telehealth or in-person therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work within a nationwide provider network.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Follow standardized measures and track client outcomes.
• Collaborate with a team while leveraging credentialing and admin support.
• Maintain professional licensure and ethical practice.

Both telehealth and in-person sessions are supported (providers arrange their own office space if offering in-person care).
