Job summary

Rula Health is looking for licensed behavioral health clinicians to provide therapy through telehealth or in-person sessions. You will operate within a nationwide network, with credentialing, billing, and tech support handled by the company so you can focus on clinical care.

We emphasize flexible scheduling, a supportive community, and a measurement‑informed approach to track client outcomes and progress across individuals, couples, and families.

Qualifications

• Licensed behavioral health professional (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC/LCP).
• Able to provide telehealth or in-person sessions.
• Experience coordinating care and engaging clients with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Deliver telehealth or in-person sessions as arranged.
• Collaborate with the team to track outcomes using measurement-informed approaches.
• Participate in credentialing, billing, and tech support processes as needed.

Both telehealth and in-person sessions are supported (providers arrange their own office space if offering in-person care).
