Job summary

Rula Health is seeking licensed therapists to deliver high-quality mental health care to individuals, couples, and families. You’ll work within a nationwide network, with true schedule autonomy, and the backing of a team focused on raising the standard of behavioral health.

We provide tools and guidance, including a measurement-informed approach to track outcomes and strengthen impact. Providers can offer telehealth or in-person sessions, arranging their own space if needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinical social worker or marriage and family therapist credentials required.
• Experience providing telehealth or in-person therapy is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with clinicians and support staff to ensure quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide LMFT/LCSW/LPCC/LCP services to clients.
• Maintain standards of care and track client outcomes.
• Engage in case consultations and clinical learning opportunities.
• Deliver telehealth or in-person sessions as arranged with clients.

Both telehealth and in-person sessions are supported (providers arrange their own office space if offering in-person care).
