Diversus Health is seeking licensed clinicians (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) to join our specialty behavioral health teams in Colorado Springs. This full-time, exempt role supports diagnostic assessment, evidence-based interventions, crisis response, and collaborative care in a clinically rigorous system.

Choose a focus area such as Crisis Walk-In, Adult Counseling, Youth & Family Counseling, or SDA Intake, with access to data-driven outcomes and professional development.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in good standing.
• Experience in therapy, assessment, and/or crisis intervention.
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort with varied acuity levels.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team-based care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and clinical formulation.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions appropriate to setting and population.
• Deliver crisis intervention and safety planning as needed.
