Job summary

BayMark Health Services is looking for a compassionate Counselor In Training to assist patients in opioid addiction treatment programs. This role includes conducting individual and group counseling sessions while coordinating patient care and maintaining treatment documentation.

Qualifications

CITs must have their number and meet educational requirements.
Previous experience with chemically dependent individuals is essential.
Must demonstrate a positive and accepting attitude towards patients.
Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Conduct individual and group counseling sessions.
Coordinate care of assigned patients and communicate status with the treatment team.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
Provide clinical services and education related to opioid addiction.
Perform other related duties as determined by supervisor.
