• Bachelor's degree in social work or master's degree in counseling, or marriage and family therapy required.
• Valid State of Ohio LCDC II, LCDC III, LPC, LSW, LISW, LPCC with two (2) years of paid full-time experience in chemical dependency, mental health, or adolescent treatment, or equivalent required.
