We offer various schedules: part-time (18-34 hours/week) and full-time (35-40 hours/week), typically Monday-Friday. Some programs may require evening and weekend availability. Hybrid work options between in-office and remote work may be available.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based and trauma-informed individual and group therapy.
• Support families and provide crisis counseling.
• Perform assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and client referrals.
• Develop safety plans during crises and promote harm reduction strategies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or CASAC-T/CASAC-P.
• Professional licensure (LMSW, LMFT, MHC-P, CASAC, CRC, LMHC, LCSW) preferred.
• Knowledge of intervention techniques, mental health diagnoses, and substance use resources.
• Excellent communication skills and familiarity with community resources.
• Proficiency with Windows applications and Electronic Medical Records.
• Cultural competence and awareness of cross-cultural issues.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle, and ability to travel between sites.
