Catholic Charities Steuben/Livingston Co. is seeking a Residential Counselor to serve as the primary counselor for residents and assist with daily operations.
The role includes screening, intake, treatment planning, counseling, and crisis management to support recovery and safety. The position requires a NYS qualified health professional license (CASAC/CASAC-Trainee, LMSW or RN) and at least two years in substance abuse or related human services.

$23.00an hour
Associates preferred.
NYS qualified health professional license required- CASAC-Trainee, CASAC, LMSW or RN.
Two years of prior experience in substance abuse or related human service field preferred. Experience and demonstrated ability to relate effectively to persons with alcohol/substance use disorder.
The Residential Counselor functions as the primary counselor in the care of the residents and assists with the daily operation of the facility.
