Job summary

Edkey Online is seeking a School Counselor for the Children First Leadership Academy in Phoenix, AZ. The counselor will support student well-being and academic progress, partnering with families, teachers, and administration to address barriers.

Description

School Counselors act as the bridge between a student's personal well-being and their academic trajectory. Counselors provide comprehensive school Social Work Services to students, parents and school staff, addressing barriers that limit a student from receiving the full benefit from their educational experience. They respond to referrals from School Administration, Parents, Teachers, and others by providing direct services and by assisting families in accessing the unique community resources available at CFLA.
