A regional government agency is seeking a dedicated professional to provide caseload management and client referrals for Pretrial Services in Memphis, TN. Position Summary

Works under the direction of the Supervisor to provide caseload management, referrals, and groups/classes for clients assigned to Pretrial Services, as well as ensuring status reports and/or violations are delivered to the court in a timely manner. Ability to make verbal and written presentations related to supervision and compliance. Maintains a high-performance level with limited supervision.

Pay Grade: 48

Salary: Commensurate with Experience and Education

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Criminal Justice, Psychology, Sociology, or a closely related field; OR
  • An equivalent combination of related education, and/or experience.
  • PROOF OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND/OR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Caseload management and court reports. Properly address client non-compliance with court order.
  • Data entry of daily activities and productivity in supervision application.
  • Conduct office visits and class assessments.
  • Conduct case file checks and report findings to Supervisor.
  • Complete all assigned training.
  • Facilitate groups/classes, as instructed.
KSAs
  • Capable of following new procedures/protocols provided by supervisory staff.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to set priorities and monitor details.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to make presentations in court and the ability to work well under pressure.
Special Requirements
  • Must maintain reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to work within a jail secure facility on a limited basis for caseload management needs.
