Qualifications

• CASAC-T certification or higher plus a Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Attend trainings via the learning management system to gain counselor knowledge.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Build therapeutic relationships with patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Participate in weekly 1:1 and team meetings to discuss cases.
• Utilize CBT, DBT, and MI to improve patient outcomes.
