BYU Pathway is seeking a part-time licensed mental health professional to provide direct counseling under supervision, advise ecclesiastical leaders, and help develop community resources. You will train staff, ensure ethical and policy compliance, and support program outreach across locations.
Responsibilities include building relationships with church leaders, identifying resources, maintaining client confidentiality, and pursuing independent licensure within 3–5 years, while working evenings

Provide direct counseling services, consultation to ecclesiastical leaders, community resource development and referral, and support to other staff, while working under clinical supervision to obtain independent licensure. As approved, provide program supervision, ecclesiastical outreach, and professional training to other staff. Provide quality customer service and comply with policy, licensing requirements, and professional standards of practice. If position is categorized as on-call or part-time working hours are not to exceed 19 hours per week. Hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday afternoons and evenings.
Time in each responsibility will vary dependent upon location.
