Qualifications

• Tier 1 Counselor requires High School Diploma or GED and Counselor Intern status.
• Tier 2 Counselor requires High School Diploma/GED plus CADC, LAC or LSW.
• Tier 3 Counselor requires Master’s degree with LCADC, LCSW or LPC credentials.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions using evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Develop discharge/continuum of care plans and ensure appropriate levels of care.
• Maintain patient caseload and complete required clinical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions using evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Monitor and assess patient progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
• Contribute to the overall success of the treatment center through participation in team meetings and professional development activities.
• Develop the patient discharge/continuum of care plan to ensure movement to the appropriate levels of care.
• Maintain patient caseload (including all case management and utilization review updates, treatment planning duties, and clinical charting as required).
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay Range

• $18-32/hr based on licensure and experience
