Job summary

Qualifications

  • Master's degree preferred in a Human Service discipline from a four‑year accredited college or university.
  • Experience working with children/adolescents in a therapeutic treatment environment, in compliance with state or contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Attend Camelot training and complete all new employee orientation topics within the first quarter; demonstrate competency.
  • For programs using a specific treatment model, achieve certification according to program timelines and adhere to requirements.
  • Demonstrate competency in therapeutic skills and evidence-based or best practice approaches through ongoing professional growth and case review.
  • Use outcome measures and reports to base treatment plans and interventions on identified issues.
  • Maintain electronic and paper clinical files per policy and regulations; complete documentation within established timeframes.
  • Attend weekly supervision and follow-up on supervision recommendations.
  • Collaborate to create/update client and family‑centered treatment plans meeting policy, law, funding, COA standards.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapeutic interventions as outlined in treatment plans.
  • Participate in permanency planning, including discharge planning within established timeframes.
  • Participate in staffing for children assigned to caseload and coordinate with supervisor on court issues.
  • Link child and family with services identified in treatment plan; liaise with other professionals and agencies.
  • Be on call as directed by Clinical Director and program requirements.
  • Discuss service utilization with supervisor in relation to outcome monitoring.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
  • Attend all Camelot training, complete all new employee orientation topics within the first quarter of employment and demonstrate competency in all initial and ongoing training topics.
  • For programs utilizing a specific treatment model, achieve certification according to program timelines and adhere to all requirements of the treatment model.
  • Demonstrate competency in therapeutic skills and evidence‑based or best practice approaches through ongoing professional growth and development activities and case review.
  • Utilize outcome measures and other reports (when applicable) in each client’s treatment by reviewing initial and quarterly measures and reports and base treatment plans and interventions on issues identified through continual assessment.
  • Maintain electronic and paper clinical files according to company policy and applicable regulations.
  • Complete clinical documentation within established time frames.
  • Attend and actively participate in weekly supervision including follow‑up with supervision recommendations.
  • Work with the team to create and update all client and family centered treatment plans, ensuring all plans meet Camelot policies, state and federal law/rules, funding requirements and COA standards in a timely manner.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapeutic interventions as outlined in the treatment plan.
  • Participate in permanency planning activities, including discharge planning as assigned by the treatment team within established time frame.
  • Participate in staffing for children assigned on case load.
  • Participate in court‑related issues for the case load in coordination with their supervisor.
  • Link the child and family with specific services and resources as identified in the service/treatment plan.
  • Serve as liaison with other professionals and agencies.
  • Be on call as directed by Clinical Director and program requirements.
  • Discuss with supervisor any over or under utilization of services in regards to outcome monitoring.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
