Job summary

Spectrum Health Systems seeks a Full Time Counselor at Green Rock Correctional Center in Chatham, VA to deliver the Intensive Drug Treatment Program to inmates. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:15 am–4:15 pm with a 1-hour lunch.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Services and Virginia CSAC or equivalent within two years. Benefits include health/dental/vision, life insurance, PTO, tuition reimbursement, 401k with match, and a $5,000 signing bonus.

• Working closely with the Virginia Department of Corrections personnel to ensure quality delivery of services and promote a healing environment.

Location: Green Rock Correctional Center is a level 3 prison located in Chatham, VA.

This program provides services to inmates who have volunteered to complete the Intensive Drug Treatment Program.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:15 am - 4:15 pm with a 1-hour lunch break

Pay Rate: $28.846/hr. ($60,000 annually). Candidates with a CSAC, CADC, or equivalent license/certification are eligible for a pay rate of $31.25/hr. ($65,000 annually).
