NeuroRestorative, a part of Sevita, seeks a PRN Counselor to provide clinical oversight and supervision of non-medical staff, coordinating with Medical Director and QM leadership to ensure quality care.
You will design and support treatment protocols, ensure proper assessments, and advance best-practice protocols for programs like TFC and Family Vistas, while training staff and monitoring outcomes.
NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.
Provides clinical oversight for services provided. Provides consultation, and, directly or indirectly, clinical supervision of non-medical clinical staff. Designs and supports implementation of treatment protocols employed in service delivery. Ensures appropriate assessments for individuals served. Identifies and implements best practice protocols (for TFC, Family Vistas). Reviews fidelity to service models and service quality and provides input and approval of staff training programs and trains staff. Ensures continuity of care and collaborates with the Medical Director, QM Director and key clinical staff to assure clinical expertise available.
