It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.Job DescriptionNetwork Expansion Analysis (30%)Research counties without housing counseling agencies (HCAs) and analyze gaps in service coverage.Identify and assess potential organizations that could join the PHFA Housing Counseling NetworkConduct outreach to evaluate interest and gather information on operational models and funding sources.Marketing and Branding Support (30%)Evaluate current marketing strategies and identify innovative ways to promote the housing counseling industry.Review HCA websites to ensure consistent branding and messaging throughout the network.Develop creative approaches to highlight the value and impact of housing counseling servicesData Management and Digital Cataloguing (40%)Assist in creating a comprehensive digital file for all existing HCAs.Organize and catalog internal information, including compliance notes and business development updates. and updates from Business Development and Compliance teams.Develop systems to streamline collaboration and improve communication between the Compliance team and the Senior Business Development Officer.Minimal experience with counseling services.QualificationsExperienceEEO StatementAs an employer, PHFA is committed to having a workforce that is diverse and reflects the residents that it serves.
