White and Williams LLP, a prominent multi-practice, multi-office law firm, is seeking an experienced Counsel or Partner to join its Real Estate Finance Practice Group in either the Philadelphia office or the New York City office. Excellent opportunity for a seasoned real estate attorney with a minimum of 10 years of experience handling the complete life cycle of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.
