Location: Fully Remote from Anywhere in the USA (Must be barred in the state you reside)

My client is seeking a talented CaseSmart Counsel, Charges attorney to defend administrative agency charges and attorney demand letters from investigation through conclusion. This is the perfect role for someone interested in a reduced billable hour schedule of 1500 and looking for the freedom/flexibility to work from anywhere in the USA on a remote basis!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to agency requests for information.
  • Representing clients in settlement negotiations and remote mediations.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • Experience with administrative agency charges at both federal and state levels on the management side.
  • At least six years of employment law experience, including drafting persuasive position statements and representing clients at hearings and/or mediations.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
  • An active bar license in the state of residence.
