Summary:
Express Scripts seeks an experienced attorney to join the team supporting its PBM Sales and Account Management organization. Duties will consist primarily of counseling the organization on legal matters relating to the PBM industry and operations, and negotiating PBM agreements between Express Scripts and external clients (health plans, employer groups and coalitions). The position requires the listening and interpersonal skills necessary to foster collaboration and drive results for business colleagues, and the ability to draft and negotiate complex contracts.

Location: Remote.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 132,700 - 221,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
