  4. Manage employment disputes, internal investigations, and compliance communications.
  5. Review and support Airbnb’s conflict of interest disclosures, gift and entertainment policies, and training programs.
  6. Monitor compliance with employment, anti-bribery, and corruption laws, collaborating with public policy and regional legal teams.
  7. Foster collaboration across global functions and promote an inclusive, ethical workplace free of discrimination and harassment.

Required Expertise

  • Creative, flexible attorney with 4-6+ years of relevant experience in employment and ethics.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with business leaders and handle investigations.
  • Experience in international, multicultural environments with dispersed teams.
  • Decisive, able to work under pressure, and provide practical legal advice aligned with business goals.
  • Passion for Airbnb’s mission and travel industry knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and in-house legal skills. Bar admission in the US is required.
