BCG Attorney Search in Portland, OR seeks a Counsel, Commercial Contracts to provide strategic legal counsel across the procurement contracting pipeline. You will review, draft, and negotiate a broad range of supplier and technology agreements while balancing business needs with risk.

You will partner with multiple departments to streamline contracting processes, develop templates and playbooks, and support training and compliance initiatives in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

• Serve as a trusted advisor on supplier contracts and risk management.
• Escalate complex legal and risk matters to firm counsel.
• Develop and maintain supplier contracting policies and compliance practices.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments and recommend updates.
• Help develop and maintain firm-wide supplier contract templates.
• Support contracting training and knowledge-sharing across the firm.
