What You Will Do as the Resident Care Coordinator - Memory Care (Cottage Care Director)

  • Lead and Support Staff: Recruit and supervise Med Techs, CNAs, and Cottage Care staff
  • Enrich Lives: Create and implement person-centered activities and life skills programming
  • Coordinate Care: Work with care teams and community department heads to address resident care needs
  • Oversee Medication Management: Monitor all aspects of the medication administration program

Why You Are Qualified:

  • Age Requirement: Must be 21 years or older
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar setting preferred
  • Licensure: Medication Tech & LPN
  • Senior Care Understanding: Knowledge and concern for the needs of seniors
  • Specialized Care Experience: Aptitude and experience with Alzheimer’s and memory-impaired residents
  • Safety Awareness: Ability to work safely and promote a safe environment for residents
  • Team Leadership: Proven ability to manage team processes and foster a team environment
