You will design and extend Java-based preprocessing components and integrate the FEITH SharePoint Connector for reliable data transfer. Responsabilités

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Java-based preprocessing components for data from multiple sources.
• Extend the existing reusable Java preprocessing framework to support additional systems and formats.
• Develop and maintain integration logic for SharePoint and other sources using the FEITH Connector.
• Configure FEITH components within ingestion workflows for the pre-publication module.
• Troubleshoot ingestion/integration issues by analyzing logs, data, and configurations; identify root causes.
• Apply object-oriented design practices for maintainable, reusable, scalable solutions, with an eye to cloud modernization.
• Collaborate with Technical Lead, FEITH team, Records Management, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and support implementation.
• Conduct data ingestion activities including one-time migration when the new module is operational.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including data flows and system designs.
• Provide technical guidance and light user support to onboard users to new processes.

LCAT: Software Engineer

We are seeking a technically savvy Records Transition and Integration Specialist to support the migration of Completed/Final pre-publication resume lifecycle (PRL) records and workflows from a legacy SharePoint site to the FEITH Records Management System. This role will be central to integrating and configuring the FEITH SharePoint Connector to capture and transfer relevant data, supporting the transition to a new FEITH-based new pre-publication module currently under development. In addition to supporting the records migration effort, the selected candidate will design, develop, and enhance Java-based components that preprocess data from multiple source systems for ingestion into the organization's SV management system. The initial implementation focuses on SharePoint documents, leveraging an existing reusable codebase that is currently in the early stages of development. The successful candidate will complete and extend this framework, ensuring it can support additional data sources and evolving integration requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess a mix of technical awareness of enterprise integration patterns, strong Java development experience, SharePoint familiarity, and strong communication skills to support the successful onboarding of users into the new process. The candidate should be highly self-sufficient, adaptable, able to work effectively under the direction of a Technical Lead, and capable of analyzing complex technical problems and clearly communicating proposed solutions.

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Java-based preprocessing components that transform and prepare records and metadata from multiple source systems for ingestion into the organization's SV management system.
• Complete and extend the existing reusable Java preprocessing framework, helping evolve it into a modular and extensible solution capable of supporting additional systems, data source, formats and ingestion requirements.
• Develop and maintain integration logic for SharePoint and other source systems, including use of the FEITH SharePoint Connector to capture and transfer relevant documents and metadata.
• Integrate and configure FEITH components within ingestion workflows, supporting the setup, testing, and initial configuration of the FEITH pre-publication module to align with customer and system requirements.
• Troubleshoot and investigate ingestion and integration issues by analyzing logs, exceptions, data, database states, and system configurations; identify root causes and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Apply sound object-oriented software development practices and design principles to create maintainable, reusable, and scalable solutions, with consideration for future integration and cloud modernization efforts.
• Collaborate with the Technical Lead, FEITH development team, Electronic Records Management Services team, and customer stakeholders to clarify requirements, evaluate technical approaches, and support successful implementation and rollout.
• Conduct data ingestion activities, including the one-time migration of records into the FEITH system once the new module is operational, and support additional ingestion initiatives as required.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including data flows, process models, system designs, and other documentation needed to support development, integration, troubleshooting, and sustainment activities.
• Provide technical guidance, workflow demonstrations, and light user support to assist with onboarding users with new records management processes and technologies.
