Job summary

Circuit of The Americas (COTA) is hiring a PARK SERVICES ATTENDANT at COTALAND Theme Park in Austin, Texas. You will keep the park clean, assist with dining, retail setup, stock inventory, and help run practice scenarios as we gear up for opening day.

Roles start at $16 per hour with full-time and part-time hours available. Perks include free park admission, discounts, and racing event tickets. On-site position with non-traditional hours during rehearsals and peak events.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to stand, sit, use hands to handle, or feel.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
• Work outdoors in extreme environments year-round.
• Non-traditional hours during rehearsals, installs, openings, and peak operations.

Responsibilities

• Keep COTALAND looking its best across park areas, ensuring cleanliness in walkways, restrooms, dining areas and guest spaces.
• Stock inventory, set up dining rooms and retail stores, and assist with park operations.
• Run practice scenarios and help influence operating standards for CREW Members.
• Support guest experience and training opportunities as part of the opening team.

COTALAND is an amusement park with over 30 attractions and experiences, including first-of-their-kind roller coasters. We\'re gearing up to hire our initial teams of Grand Opening CREW Members who will help shape how COTALAND runs before the gates ever open. You\'ll commission rides, prepare kitchens, set up dining rooms and retail stores, stock inventory, run practice scenarios, and help influence the operation and standards that every CREW Member after you will follow.

Along the way, you\'ll also receive training and development opportunities in guest experience, training others, and understanding how your role connects and supports the overall operation. When the park opens, you won\'t just be ready. You\'ll be the crew that helps everyone else get ready.

As a PARK SERVICES ATTENDANT, you\'ll keep COTALAND looking its best while interacting with our guests. You\'ll maintain cleanliness across the park including walkways, restrooms, dining areas, and guest spaces so the environment is always welcoming and show-ready.

Work Schedule and Conditions

This position is based on-site at COTALAND Theme Park at Circuit of The Americas in Austin, Texas and requires flexibility for non-traditional hours during rehearsals, installs, openings, and seasonal peak operations.

Required Qualifications

Must be at least 16 years of age.

Ability to stand, sit, use hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms.

Ability to lift and/ or move up to 25 pounds.

Ability to squat, bend, twist, push/pull.

Ability to stand/walk for long periods.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.

Work in extreme environments outdoors throughout the year.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be loud during events.
