Job summary

Circuit of The Americas (COTA) invites you to join COTALAND's CREW as a tipped Food Service Attendant, on-site in Austin, Texas. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour plus tips, with both full-time and part-time opportunities.

You'll work in quick service venues across the park, handling orders and keeping dining areas guest-ready. You'll be part of a team focused on creating memorable guest experiences, with training and development opportunities and benefits like park admission and employee

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to stand, sit, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
• Works in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.

Circuit of The Americas (COTA) is a 365-entertainment destination for world-class events located in Austin, TX. COTALAND is an amusement park with over 30 attractions and experiences, including first-of-their-kind roller coasters.

Description

We’re gearing up to hire our initial teams of Grand Opening CREW Members who will help shape how COTALAND runs before the gates ever open. You'll commission rides, prepare kitchens, set up dining rooms and retail stores, stock inventory, run practice scenarios, and help influence the operation and standards that every CREW Member after you will follow. Along the way, you'll also receive training and development opportunities in guest experience, training others, and understanding how your role connects and supports the overall operation. When the park opens, you won’t just be ready. You’ll be the crew that helps everyone else get ready.

As a tipped FOOD SERVICE ATTENDANT, you’ll work in our quick service restaurants and food locations across the park. You’ll take and fill orders, and keep dining areas clean and guest‑ready.

Work Schedule

This position is based on‑site at COTALAND Theme Park at Circuit of The Americas in Austin, Texas. Crew Members should be available to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, rehearsals, special events, and seasonal peak operating periods.

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to stand, sit, use hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms.
• Ability to lift and/ or move up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to squat, bend, twist, push/pull.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.
• Work in extreme environments outdoors throughout the year.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be loud during events.
