Circuit of The Americas LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Lead to oversee the full lifecycle of food and beverage inventory at COTALAND Theme Park, part of Circuit of The Americas in Austin, TX. The role requires forklift operation, ability to lift up to 80 pounds, and flexibility for non-traditional hours aligned with events and trainings.

Circuit of The Americas (COTA) is a 365-entertainment destination for world-class events located in Austin, TX. The sports and entertainment portfolio at COTA is unmatched in the country with Formula 1 US Grand Prix, NASCAR and MotoGP attracting global fans during championship races on the famed Circuit and Live Nation producing over 30 headline concerts every year at the Germania Insurance Amphitheater. COTALAND is an amusement park with over 30 attractions and experiences, including first-of-their-kind roller coasters.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Warehouse Lead to support our Food and Beverage operations. You will oversee the complete lifecycle of inventory, from receiving shipments to organizing our warehouse shelves. This role combines daily hands-on logistics tracking with Lead responsibilities during peak operational times and major events.

Requirements

Basic Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to safely operate large trucks, utility vehicles or golf carts.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment based on role needs.
• Ability to stand, sit, use hands to handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
• Ability to lift and/ or move up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to squat, bend, twist, push/pull.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.
• Work in extreme environments such as walk-in cooler and freezer spaces and outdoor temperatures throughout the year for extended periods of time.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be loud during events.

Essential Functions

• Receive, inspect, and organize campus-wide food and beverage inventory shipments
• Verify deliveries against POs and invoices
• Support all incoming and internal transfer of inventory.
• Serve as on-site warehouse lead during assigned shifts and event weekends when needed
• Communicate delivery delays and discrepancies to Purchasing Manager
• Perform food and beverage QC checks
• Utilize WMS, POS, and scanning systems including, NetSuite, and Shift4 Devices
• Replenish inventory across brick-and-mortar food and beverage locations as needed

Work Schedule and Conditions

This position is based on-site at COTALAND Theme Park at Circuit of The Americas in Austin, Texas and requires flexibility for non-traditional hours during trainings, installs, openings, and seasonal peak operations. Shift times will typically start before 6am on operating days.
