The Costuming Supervisor plays a key supporting role in assisting the Creative Costume Manager and entertainment department with the daily operation of the Costume Department. This position provides direct supervision to costume personnel while ensuring costumes remain performance-ready, departmental standards are maintained, and entertainment operations receive timely wardrobe support. Working across multiple entertainment offerings—including stage productions, character experiences, seasonal events, media appearances, and special events—this role oversees costume construction, alterations, repairs, fittings, laundry operations, inventory management, and daily wardrobe support. From coordinating staff schedules and administrative functions to supervising rehearsals, live show coverage, and operational workflows, the Costuming Supervisor ensures costumes are delivered on time, maintained to the highest quality standards, and support the overall guest experience. Through strong leadership, organization, and collaboration with Entertainment, Production, Technical Services, and other operational partners, this position ensures consistent follow-through on both creative and operational goals.
