Job summary

Huntsville Hospital Health System is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to perform therapy procedures and assist the supervising Occupational Therapist. The ideal candidate will hold an Alabama COTA license and have excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Education required: Graduate of an AOTA-accredited educational program for Occupational Therapy Assistants.

License, Certification, and/or Registration: Must hold a current Alabama COTA license. BCLS certification required within the orientation period. AOTA membership preferred.

Additional Skills/Abilities: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with all patients in a fast-paced environment.
