• Evaluate patient responses and communicate progress to the team.
• Document patient care including progress and need for continued therapy.
• Collaborate with the OT to develop new education methods for patients and families.
• Assist in in-service training for team members as needed.
• Contribute to cost-effective care and quality improvement initiatives.
• Travel to other campus locations and home health assignments as needed.
