Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in Wisconsin invites qualified occupational therapy assistant candidates to join our growing team. Working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will support patient care by following individualized plans of care.

You will assist with all phases of OT treatment, help implement treatment programs based on each patient's needs, and document patient conditions and responses after each visit.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• Develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
