Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin is seeking qualified occupational therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll work under the guidance of an occupational therapist and help implement individualized plans of care to support patient progress.

You will assist with all phases of OT treatment, document patient responses, and communicate with the OT, Rehab Director, and facility staff to ensure quality, outcome-focused care.

Qualifications

• Assist patients under supervision of an occupational therapist.
• Follow an individualized plan of care developed by an OT.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of Occupational Therapist, develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
