Job summary

Pro Rehab is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join the team at Elim Wellspring in Princeton, MN. The role is full-time with a wage range of $28–$33 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Candidates must be a graduate of an Accredited OTA program and hold a Minnesota COTA license. Responsibilities include assisting with treatment plans, monitoring progress, documenting outcomes, educating patients and families, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality

Qualifications

• Must be graduate from an Accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program with an Associate’s degree.
• Must possess a current MN COTA license and knowledge of state regulations.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology and medical terminology; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing treatment plans to improve ADLs.
• Monitor patient progress and document outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support quality patient care.
