Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy assistant program.
• Experience in patient care.
• Licensed by the Virginia Board.

Responsibilities

• Conducts and co-facilitates up to 4 hours of psychosocial rehabilitation interventions per day.
• Ensures interventions match client age, interests and abilities based on assessment data.
• Completes documentation according to facility and departmental guidelines.
• Attends at least 6 PSR staff development sessions per year.
• Conducts at least one consumer satisfaction survey per quarter.
• Supervises or co-supervises OTA and OT students at levels 1 and 2.
