Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current Iowa COTA license (or license eligible).
• New graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed OT.
• Assist patients in improving ADLs, mobility and independence.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and document progress.
• Communicate with physicians, nursing staff, families and team members.
• Participate in discharge planning and care conferences.
