Job summary

Constellation Health Services' Constellation Kids program in Stamford, CT is seeking a dynamic Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our school-based team. The role focuses on pediatric interventions in small group and individual sessions, with documentation and participation in IEP meetings.

The ideal candidate will hold Connecticut state licensure as a COTA, have pediatric experience, and collaborate with school staff and families to support children in reaching their goals

Constellation Kids is seeking a dynamic COTA (Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant) to join our team in beautiful Stamford, CT!

Must have their license!

Constellation is looking to add a School-Based Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to our team who will work collaboratively with the school team and other therapists to provide services to children including intervention in small group and individual sessions. They will also provide documentation and reports at IEP meetings.

Must have a Connecticut Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) License and previous pediatric experience is preferred.
