Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensed in MI to work in SNF/LTC settings. This contract role features a 5x8 schedule and responsibilities aligned with the organization’s mission and goals.

Minimum requirements include 1 year of COTA experience, MI license (or in process), and ability to participate in ongoing professional development and credentialing reimbursements.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• SNF/LTC experience preferred.
• Current COTA license or in process in MI.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to SNF/LTC patients.
• Collaborate with care teams to develop, implement and monitor treatment plans.
