Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited COTA program.
• Proficient in Net Health and PointClickCare.
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist Assistant in Washington.
• CPR certification, if required by licensure.

Responsibilities

• Treat residents as directed by the Occupational Therapist.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation in accordance with facility and payer requirements.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment following infection control and safety protocols.
• Educate residents and families on treatment goals and home exercise programs.
