Job summary

The Actors Fund Home in Englewood, NJ is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team on an as-needed basis. You will implement the care plan under supervision and deliver quality occupational therapy services to residents in a compassionate environment.

Qualified candidates hold an Associate degree, NJ licensure, and demonstrate excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
• Active state license and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement the plan of care established by the OTR/L and physician.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered occupational therapy services as a COTA.
• Adhere to agency policies and maintain accurate documentation and notes.
