Providence Health Plaza in Portland is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support the Gresham site and East Service area. You will provide COTA services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist and participate in home care coordination as part of the Interdisciplinary Team.

Position requires Oregon OTA licensure on hire, BLS certification within 30 days, and a graduate of a COTA program.

Description

This position will support our Gresham site and East Service area.

Schedule

40 hours/week on weekdays day shift

Assesses needs and provides Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) services and direct treatment in consultation with the Occupational Therapist. The COTA functions as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team. Responsible for home care coordination.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Upon hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist Assistant License

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year experience in the area of Occupational Therapy as a COTA.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Pay Range: $31.71 - $49.22. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
