Job summary
Trinity Rehab, LLC in Chapel Hill, NC is looking for a dedicated COTA to join our clinical team in a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) setting. The role offers flexible full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts, with a supportive team environment and opportunities to grow in gero-therapies.

Qualifications
- NC COTA license required.
- 0–1 year OT experience preferred.
