Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at Boca Pointe Center for Rehab and Healing and Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Florida. The role focuses on skilled COTA services within SNFs, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance safety and quality of life for residents.

Full-time position for licensed Florida COTAs; SNF/post-acute experience preferred and Net Health knowledge is a plus. Competitive benefits and modern rehab facilities provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited COTA program.
• Active Florida COTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled COTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
