Fairway-Oaks-Center-1 is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. You will provide therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, assisting in implementing individualized treatment plans to support patient rehabilitation and recovery.

Qualifications

Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
Active state licensure as a COTA.
Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Provide Occupational Therapy services as directed by the Occupational Therapist.
Assist in patient evaluations and assessments as needed.
Support the development and execution of individualized treatment plans, including short-term and long-term goals.
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions under Occupational Therapist supervision.
Communicate patient progress and any concerns to the Occupational Therapist.
Document patient treatment and progress in medical records.
