Job summary

Indiana Fitness Works is actively seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team. The role supports residents with dignity and respect, reporting to the supervising OTR, and performing specified duties within the facility. Availability includes Full Time, Part Time, and PRN schedules with a pay range of $32/hr to $34/hr.

Qualifications

• Must hold current COTA licensure in Indiana.
• Be eligible to apply for COTA license if not already licensed.
• Must be able to perform listed physical demands and communicate clearly.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead activity and maintenance programs under supervision of OTR.
• Maintain accurate treatment progress notes and records with co-signature.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
