Job summary

Premier Therapy LLC is hiring a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Wellsboro, PA. Put your COTA skills to work helping patients develop independence, improve daily living skills, and achieve meaningful functional goals.

Under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will provide skilled treatment, follow plans of care, monitor progress, educate patients and families, and complete timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current COTA license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• SNF/long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled treatment under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.
• Follow established plans of care and treatment goals.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate with the supervising therapist.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers.
• Complete timely documentation and collaborate with the care team.
