Job summary

Excelin Health is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to provide coordinated occupational therapy to patients under supervision of a Licensed OT. The role requires an OTA credential, licensure and current CPR/Hepatitis profile, plus the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OTA program with an Associate Degree.
• Current Texas State License to practice occupational therapy.
• Two years experience as an OTA.
• CPR and Hepatitis profile up to date.

Responsibilities

• Performs services planned and supervised by the OT.
• Coordinates patient care with the team.
• Maintains timely documentation.
• Applies infection control and universal precautions.
