Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide in-home therapy under the supervision of our Occupational Therapists, helping patients regain independence in daily activities.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state in which he/she practices.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience is preferred.
• Medicare home health experience is preferred.
• Current CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Support patients at home under the direction of Occupational Therapists to improve daily living skills.
• Develop daily living skills and basic motor functions through targeted treatments.
• Assist in compensating for loss of function to enhance independence.
