Connected Home Health in Beaverton, OR is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our home health rehab team. You will evaluate patients, assess their home environment, and teach skills to improve independence and safety in daily living.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an occupational therapy assistant program accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
• Certified with the National Certification Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association.
• Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant by the Oregon State Board.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Professionals.
