Job summary

Enhabit, Inc. is seeking a licensed Therapy Assistant to administer intermittent therapy services in a home health setting. You will educate patients and families and work under physician orders per a plan of care.

Qualified candidates are licensed in their state and have completed an approved clinical education program. A valid driver''s license and basic tech skills are required to support care delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved clinical education program; licensed in-state; at least one year as a licensed therapy assistant.
• Demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
• Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred.
• Valid driver''s license required.

Responsibilities

• Administer therapy services to patients receiving intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other health care team members.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician''s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
• Maintain accurate documentation and report patient progress as required.
