Job summary

Hemet Hills Post-Acute is seeking Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to join our therapy team. We offer both full-time and part-time roles in a compassionate skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting, with a pay range of $36–$44 per hour, DOE.

You will implement treatment plans, help residents regain independence, document progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes. CPR certification and an active COTA license are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher from an accredited OTA program.
• Current, active COTA license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain during orientation.
• Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute, or rehab setting preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Implement OT treatment plans under supervision of a licensed OT.
• Assist residents in mobility, self-care, and functional tasks.
